Andrew Clarke – Chairman
Responsible for the overall running of the Club with the assistance of the Treasurer and Secretary.

Heather Davis - Secretary
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Club. Responsible for all aspects of insurance, facility hire, committee and general meetings and procedures. |

Malcolm Turner– Treasurer
Responsible for the financial accounting of the Club. The Treasurer is required to make regular reports to the committee on its financial position and is responsible for the Annual Financial Plan.

Lesley Elmy – Membership Secretary
Responsible for the collection and recording of all Members details, annual fees and subscriptions. Liaison with the ASA for membership related issues.

Theresa Beale – Welfare Officer
Responsible for all matters relating to Welfare and Child Protection and ensuring ASA Child Protection Policy and Procedures are correctly followed.

Colleen Pirrie – Competitions Secretary
Responsible for the compilation and organising of the clubs gala fixtures in conjunction with Head Coach and Committee. Including producing fixtures lists for members, attending league fixture meetings/AGMs and gala entries. |

Glenn Knighton – Competitions Secretary
Responsible for the compilation and organising of the clubs gala fixtures in conjunction with Head Coach and Committee. Including producing fixtures lists for members, attending league fixture meetings/AGMs and gala entries.

Gill Baynes – Black Squad Liaison Officer
Liaison for Junior Development Squad swimmers and their parents, representing them on the Committee and assisting with Membership information, registers and all enquiries. |

David Greenbaum – Red and Performance Squad Liaison Officer and Jack Petchey Coordinator and Team Manager
Liaison for Performance and Black Squad swimmers and their parents, representing them on the Committee and assisting with Membership information, registers and all enquiries. |

Madeleine James – Club 100 Manager
Liaison for Red Squad swimmers and their parents, representing them on the Committee and assisting with Membership information, registers and all enquiries. Assisting with equipment shop and coordinating RSC Club 100 Scheme. |

Marie Kelly – Lifeguards Coordinator Officials Coordinator, Schools Liaison Officer, Masters Squad Liaison Officer
Organising Officials for galas and promotion of Courses for new and existing Officials. Liaison with various schools/colleges within the area to promote Runnymede Swimming Club. |

Cheryl Ellis – Swim School Manager an d Schools Liaison Officer
Responsible for the recruitment and coordination of the clubs volunteers. Organising training if required. Assisting with fund raising and seeking of sponsorship. |

TBE – Public Relations Officer
To promote and publicise in a positive way, all aspects of the Club. To write news reports (or assemble a team of reporters to write) and to liaise with local and regional media.

Keith Muggleton – Trophies Coordinator
Responsible for the all Club Trophies and for the ordering of awards (Trophies, Medals etc) for Club Championships and other Galas |

Maria Neary – Disability Liaison Officer
Responsible for all areas of Disability liaison with swimmers, coaches, teachers and volunteers, promoting awareness. Developing links with other disability clubs and organisations and liasing with local and county disability officers. |
