Early Season Meeting
  • All red squad/ performance group will have 1:1 meeting with member of the coaching team. Lists will go up on board.
  • Swimmers MUST complete the front section on target/goals before 1:1 meeting.

  • Weeks 1-2 mixed
  • Weeks 3-6 distance
  • Weeks 7-10 quality distance
  • Weeks 11-13 middle distance development
  • Weeks 14-17 speed
